緣起：
「創造新思維、應用新技術，以持續改善營運效能與服務品質」，向來是圖書館界重視的議題，本研討會以「圖書館營運與管理的新科技」、「數位內容載具與使用的新趨勢」為兩大主軸，實現「圖書館服務新視界與創新應用」。邀請國內、外學者和專家一同參與盛會，分享運用新科技的服務案例，發展數位內容的新典範，以期能為合作社社員圖書館與其他圖書館同道開啟新視野、掌握新契機。
